Can I come visit or shop in person?

Our store is currently online only.

Do you ship internationally?

Please visit the checkout page for the list of countries that we do ship to.

Do you offer rush shipping?

While we will do our best to ship order as soon as possible, we do not offer rush shipping and we cannot guarantee a delivery date.

Can I cancel or edit my order after it’s been placed?

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us with your order number within 24 hours. If we have not yet packaged and/or shipped out your items, we will do our best to change or cancel your order.

How long does it take for an order to process? 

Processing time is 1-4 BUSINESS DAYS. 

How long does shipping take?  

Shipping time is 2-7 BUSINESS DAYS. This does NOT INCLUDE processing time. Please plan to order accordingly as we do not offer express shipping.

What are your business hours? 

Our store hours are Monday-Friday 9am-6pm.

Do you offer refunds or store credits? 

We DO NOT offer refunds, exchanges or store credits. In the event that you received damaged product(s) we will honor an exchange or store credit. Pictures along with name and order number must be emailed to polisheddreamsllc@yahoo.com within 24 hours from receiving package.
